AIMS<\/strong>
1. To sustain a vibrant and effective cadetting in an everchanging society to produce disciplined young persons
2. To promote and among young people, a practical interest in our various security institutions.
3. To provide training that will be useful in both services and civilian life.
4. To develop in them such qualities of leadership positive values, loyalty, devotion to duty, self-respect and civic awareness to become good citizens.
5. Inculcate in the youth the spirit of patriotism and commitment to the nation.
6. Train them in basic leadership skills to enable them respond to national disaster.
7. To bring uniformity among the student cadet and to encourage the youth to achieve their goals.
8. To improve their God given talents and know how to achieve their goals.
To improve upon their personal leadership qualities, skills and be self-dependent. NECESSARY<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CORE VALUES<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

LOYALTY:
Loyalty to and love for authority and country must be deeply embedded in the hearts and minds of the cadets; these are impacted in the cadets by way of their commitment to serve the nation through maintenance of high discipline and training standards.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

RESPECT:
Exemplary conduct together with strong moral strength to distinguish right from wrong; honesty and truthfulness and carrying out duties with full responsibility.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

OBLIGATION AND DUTY<\/strong>
Taking educative training seriously and aspire to benefit optimally from the experiences; show of dedication and pride to the Corps.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

LEADERSHIP:
Role modeling and influencing fellow-cadets to aspire to their highest potential both academically and in the cadets training and activities; leadership by example and through involvement with peers and subordinates.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

DISCIPLINE:
Timely execution of tasks that has to be done, even though they are difficult and painful, and doing them to the best of one\u2019s ability; self-discipline that produces mental and physical toughness and strength.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT:
The spirit, daring and passion to venture into the unknown, and explore the undiscovered and unchallenged realms; this adventurous spirit would widen the perspective and outlook of our cadet.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
