NATIONAL COORDINATOR GENERAL ENDS TWO (2) DAYS OFFICIAL TOUR TO THE BRONG AHAFO REGION

  • The National Cadet Coordinator General Nicholas Nii Tettey-Amarteifio lead five (5) member team from the Headquarters and the Norther Sector to the Brong Ahafor Region for a two-days official working visit to the Region from Wednesday 10th to Friday 12th January 2018

The Team visited some selected schools like Odumase SHS, Don Bosco Technical Institute, Lawrence Demonstration where they interacted with the heads of the school after calling on the Regional Director of Education Dr. Peter Attafuah.

 The team on Friday meet with the representative of the schools Heads of the cadet Misters and Mistress In charge (MIC) at an official meeting where the coordinators introduce to them the New appointed leaders of the Regional Cadet Corps.
In a remark by the Regional Director of Education present, he congratulated the leadership of the good work and assured them that his office will do all it can to make the cadet corps a shine star in the Region. He believes that there are a lot of things the Region can derive from the cadet at the School, Region, Sectoral and the National level. Dr. Peter Attafuah mentioned that the Regional Office will help take effective administrative control of the Regional cadet corps and also help guide the Teachers In Charge to play their role by assisting Heads in their respective school and local level to manage their school cadet corps.

The Regional Directors Representative Mr. Joseph Nana Nkrumah mentioned that the incoming coordinator Jacob Puni and his team were in his office with the outgoing coordinator to receive briefing after an interview from his office some time ago.

 The incoming Coordinator of the region Jacob Puni is expected to take over the region on Saturday 4th February 2018 at a ceremony for that purpose.
