The National Cadet leadership training camp was official opened by the chief and Elders of Jomoro traditional council in the Western Region where the Acting Chief of the council and his Elders officially opened the camp in a ceremony at the chief palace. In a brief address the elders welcome all the participants to their kingdom after an introduction and challenged them to be more disciplined and learn to adhere to instruction in our training. they stated that the future lies in the hands of the youth and needs to take their studies very serious. They promised to donate some piece of land to the National Cadet Corps Ghana to use as a National Training center in the country. The National Cadet co-ordinator Nicholas Nii Tettey -Amarteifio assured the Chief and elders of good behaviors of the participants and will learn hard to make mother Ghana proud.
