The community youth peace durbar took a different phase when the team got to Tuobodom in the Bono East Region.
The inhabitants of the town are mainly farmers with some percentage being traders and other government workers. It is the capital of Techiman North District of theBono East Region with some adjoining towns like Aworowa, Buoyem, Offuman, Tano Boase and their environs. The main crop that the farmers grow are Tomato and green pepper.

The district assembly hosted the first day of the durbar with some traditional leadres, youth and opinion leaders, Peace Council Members and some security officials. After a listening of some virtual messages from the First vice president of the Ghana Pentecostal Council, the Apostle General Sam Korankye Ankrah, he appealed to all stakeholders especially the youth to be “tolerant, not fight one another because of manifesto promises, he further entreated them to put in the efforts forgiveness and staying away from trouble”.

The district peace council chairman, reminded the youth that there will be a desk set at the district assembly to augment the role of the Ghana police service in receiving information and complaints before during and after the parliamentary and presidential elections. He also reminded the youth to have trust in the Ghana Police Service and support them with accurate information to help in the discharge of their duties.
The National Cadet Coordinator General, Mr. N. N. Tettey-Amarteifio, in his concluding remarks, reminded the youth that we as a nation Ghana are surrounded by Francophone nations and can hardly communicate in these languages, we need to remember peace is the watch word for all.
The team on the second day being Sunday visited the Methodist Church, Presbyterian Church, the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Pentecost all in Tuobodom. At all these places the congregation welcomed the message of peace with joy and gladness when listening to the virtual messages from the Chairman of the Church of Pentecost – The Apostle Eric Nyamekye, the First Vice President of the Ghana Pentecostal Council and the Chairman of the Christian Council of Ghana, The Most Rev. Dr. Paul Kwabena Boafo.
At the Tuobodom Roman Catholic Church, the team led by the National Cadet Coordinator General, Mr. N. N. Tettey-Amarteifio made a donation of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵1000.00) to support their annual harvest and to thank Gods for a Peaceful general elections on behalf of the youth of Ghana.
Rev. Father Paul Ameyaw, the Bishop of the Toubodom Roman Catholic Church was so overwhelmed by the gesture which he indicated is the first of its kind in the church. He told the congregants to eschew violence and pursue peace in all areas of their lives.
In a concluding remarks and National Cadet Coordinator quoted Matthew 5:9 (Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the Children of God) and asked the whole congregants to be agents of peace from within and out of their homes,
The team later in the evening visited the Tuobodom Zongo central Mosque, paid a courtesy call on the Regional Imam and later played the virtual messages both from the National Chief Imam, Sheik Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu and Ameer & Missionary-in-charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, Alhaji Maulvi Mohammed Bin Salih to the youth gathered. The Tuobodom Zongo Youth were poised by the virtual messages they have heard. They further decided to propagate the message of Peace in and around the communities.
