The National Cadet Corps Ghana this year’s marked the 62nd Republic Day at the Black Star Square. The event brought together over ten thousand (10000) student cadet and leaders from all the sixteen 16 regions to mark the day.
The event all so was use to honour various key leaders who has contributed towards the development of the cadet under the year review.
The Chief of Staff Office of the President Hon. AKOSUA FREMA OSEI OPARE gave three (3) major award to the top best education officers who have contributed to the development of cadets in the country.
They are :
- Mr. David Atsu Kudzinawor (Mic) = Achimota School Best Cadet Patron,
- Ramatu Awudu Kalponi Senior High School The Best Head Of Educational Institution
- Ms. Monica Ankrah Greater Accra Regional Director Of Education The Best Regional Director Of Education
The team left Accra to the United Kingdom Greater Manchester for a one week educational familiarization tour. They were hosted by the Greater Manchester Police Headquarters from 16th to 26th September 2022. They have since returned home.
