An orientation course 1-22 has taken off at the government secretarial school in Koforidua in the Eastern Regional capital.
The course which has brought together all regional coordinators and working staffs in the 16 regions, is aimed at refreshing their knowledge on modern cadet standards and procedures in the 21st century.
It is expected that the participants will go through voluntary leadership training, effective organization, organizing ceremonial activities, organizational behavior, time management, ranks and appointment, dress regulation procedures and basic report writing.
The National Cadet Coordnator General N.N. Tettey-Amarteifioon who open the programme reminded the participants of the importins of been good and selfless leaders. he wish them well in the training sergeant.
The course will end on 20th November 2022 with participants receiving certificates and badges of ranks for participation and passing their courses with distinctions.
