All is set for the National Cadet Leadership Training Camp (NCLTC) 2026. It is an adventure of a lifetime for all student cadet in Ghana
As part of efforts to train future leaders and promote discipline and law and order in our schools, the National Cadet Corps will this year organize its annual Leadership Training Camp for cadet leaders during the vacation period. The camp brings together experienced professionals to guide student cadet leaders on the principles of discipline, obedience to the law, Emotional Intelligence, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Safety Awareness and good conduct.
The goal is to shape responsible students who will contribute positively to school and society and avoid hooliganisms.
The program has had a positive impact over the years. With improved environments and facilities provided at different stages, cases of student demonstrations in schools have declined rapidly through cadet leaders’ influence after the training camp. Students have acknowledged the improvements and believe the government is committed to continuously upgrading facilities in schools and maintaining discipline.
This years annual Leadership Training Camp will come off at the Yamfo Anglican Senior High School in the Ahafo Region from Saturday 5th to Friday 11th September 2026 under the theme; “Truth and Honesty”.
