The Central and Western Regional cadet command organised a joint leadership cadet training camp in the western (Fijai Senior high school) where a total of three hundred and eleven (311) student cadet from both region participated with two hundred and fourth three (243) from the central region and sixty nine (69) from the western region participated.


The camp which lasted for 5 days started from the 24th to 29th April 2017 under the theam “A Disciplined Cadet, An Asset For Nation and National Development”
Participant went through basic leadership training during the camp under the supervision on official from the Western Naval Command of the Ghana Armed Forces that is
Pioneering, Navigation, Swimming, Voice procedure, Basic drill, introduction obstacles and a sea trip for all the participants.
In an interview with the camp commander Frank Kudroha he stated that this camp goes a long way to introduce the cadets and the youth close to the relevant security agency and gives them an idea of what they do and how a young one can become like them.
It makes the cadets more disciplined and patrotic and be able to respond to national call at any time.
